This is one person’s perspective about the current housing market I agree with. What’s bad news today is tomorrow’s good news. Don’t follow the hype. (I bought Dell at the tippy top because of all the hype.)

Mortgage rates are still very low relative to a year ago. Since mortgage rates are still so good, this is a great time to consolidate your consumer debt with a home equity loan. It’s easier to pay 1-2 bills at 6-7% than credit cards at 12-19%, right?
