TEXAS:  Current Mortgage Rates-Texas 30, 20, 15 Fixed Rates in Texas.

Today’s 30 year fixed mortgage rate is 6.625% and the 15 year mortgage rate is 6.25%.  But notice how the 20 year mortgage rate is actually higher than the 30 year rate.     (see rates below)

Notice the Texas Jumbo Mortgage rate is 8%.  However I, as a mortgage broker–not a retail location–have bank sources that offer much lower rates on Texas Jumbo mortgage and refinances.
