When it’s not convenient to meet in person, we utilize virtual meeting technology (like www.gotomeeting.com) where you can literally log into our computers and see your home loan info in real time.  All from the comfort of your home or office.

What to expect when you call:

First of all, we don’t charge application fees and there’s never an obligation to talk to us.  

This is the typical mortgage process:   First, we know you want accurate rates/payments/closing costs, etc. To deliver this we first need some basic info from you.   Just complete your application via www.mylendingplace.com (or we can do application over the phone if you’re more comfortable).  Then, send us your income documents like pay stubs and/or tax forms if employed. 

From there, we can meet in person.  If you live in Austin or you can log into our computer via www.gotomeeting.com and discuss your loan.

Our general philosophy:   The mortgage should be customized to a client’s real-life financial situation and goals.  There just aren’t any one-size fits all mortgages anymore.   For example, self-employed people might need a different loan than a family who gets paid every 2 weeks.   First time home buyers might need a different loan than a client buying an investment property.   A couple with lots of debt might need a different loan than a couple with no consumer debt….

Our approach is to offer you as many options as you need and then let you pick which loan works for you.
